I troubleshoot and build across the full stack — from seating RAM and diagnosing hardware faults, to configuring Linux servers and managing databases, to writing Python scripts and shipping web applications. I'm comfortable moving between layers of abstraction and following a problem wherever it leads.
With a Google IT Support certification and hands-on experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, I bring a help-desk mindset to every role: communicate clearly, isolate the issue, fix it properly. On the development side I work with Python, JavaScript, and SQL, and I care about writing code that is readable and easy to maintain. I've also picked up some game development experience with Godot and Unreal Engine, which has sharpened how I think about systems and logic.
I have a habit of noticing when something takes longer than it should. Whether it's a repetitive support task or a manual workflow, I look for ways to script or automate it — not just to save my own time, but to make things easier for everyone around me.
